Caring for Our Host

We're delighted to be holding Querent at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. Attendees as conferences sometimes forget how much work the host hotel staff do to make sure the event is successful and enjoyable. Here are some quick tips for taking care of our hosts.

Tip Well and Early

Many of the hotel staff rely on tips as part of their income. It is customary to tip the valet parking attendants, the servers in the restaurants, and the housekeeping staff.  Particularly for groups hosting party suites, it is a good idea to tip the housekeeping staff. You can place your tip in an envelope and write "For Housekeeping" on it.  

Be Respectful

Remember our hotel has other guests sharing the space with us. Please be respectful about noise and avoid disturbing the other guests in the hotel. 

Communicating Problems

The staff at the Hyatt are very friendly and helpful. If something is wrong with your room, please let them know at the front desk. We're certain that they will make it right. If you're having difficulty, please talk to a Querent staff member.  We have hotel liaisons that we can reach out to in order to solve any issues.
